Uniform Crime Reports of the Federal Bureau of Investigation 1960-2004

Michael D. Maltz

Criminologists, sociologists, and historians have relied for many years on the Uniform Crime Reports than have been gathered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation since 1960. Unfortunately, state and local agencies have not always sent their reports to the FBI, so there are many gaps in the data. Michael Maltz has identified those gaps and has tried to remedy them in his revised version of the UCR.
