Christin Carotta (Ph. D., Human Development and Family Science, Ohio State Unviersity; M.Ed. University of Notre Dame; B.B.A. Loyola University New Orleans) is a Ph.D. candidate in Human Development and Family Science at The Ohio State University. Her dissertation explored and expanded upon existing theoretical approaches to the construct of hope in times of interpersonal crisis. This included examining the interactional patterns through which hope is expressed in violent partnerships immediately following a severe violent event and the offender's detainment.
