Jamie Yoder (Ph.D., University of Denver, 2013) is Assistant Professor of Social Work. Dr. Yoder has extensive practice experience working with sexually abusive youth and victims of sexual crimes. Her research interests span etiology, prevention initiatives, and equitable and effective intervention strategies for sexually abusive youth with a particular focus on systemic strength-based services. Dr. Yoder has worked in collaboration with the Colorado Sex Offender Management Board on evaluating state mandated standards and guidelines for the evaluation, treatment, and supervision of youth who have committed a sexual crime, and continues to work with them in evaluating practices.
