CJRC Graduate Student Summer Research Funding is now available!
We're pleased to announce our 2014 Graduate Student Summer Research Funding Award competition. This competition is open to any OSU graduate student who is conducting current research related to criminology or criminal justice. Selected applicants will receive up to 500 dollars each for their research-related costs, and the money is intended for use during the summer months (May through August).
The deadline for submission is three weeks from today on Monday, May 19, 2014.
To be considered for the award, please submit the following:
1) Title and abstract of your research project;
2) Whether or not you will be receiving other summer funding, and what that funding will consist of (i.e., graduate asssociateship and/or other grants/awards);
3) A DETAILED description of the intended budget, including
A) a breakdown of what the money will be used for (i.e., copying, ordering books, research-related travel, transcribing, etc.), and
B) a brief explanation of how this award will further your objectives for your submitted research project.
